Facebook London regional hackathon. Competed among 26 teams from Universities all across the UK, in a team of 5 student from The University of Edinburgh we designed a web application which hosted a mathematical model that predicted peoples reactions to posts in advance to posting an article. We combined 2 powerful technologies:
-IBM Watson (Alchemy);
-Project Oxford emotion;
And managed them with our own ML algorithm orchestrating on top of them in order to predict facebook reactions (haha, sad, love, angry ,…) encapsulated in a web application.
