Obtained Samsung award for developing an application that can automatically recognize content in documents, group them, and easily locate and identify relevant information to be printed.
The application leverages Watson Cognitive technologies to first group documents within a users dropbox into relevant categories. When the user is ready to print a document they can simply use an Android application to interface with Samsung’s high-end printers. The application divides the document to print into relevant sections and provides summaries and tags for each of them, letting the user print only what they need.
The main use case for this application is at environmentally conscious corporations where documents of over 500 pages are frequently printed.
